Why can't I stream atmos via Amazon Prime app on Apple 4K tv? I can stream atmos via Netflix and purchased movies only.

Cannot stream atmos via Amazon Prime app on Apple 4K TV. Works with Netflix and purchased movies only. Anyone know why?

Prime Video on Apple TV Cannot watch Thursday Night Football on Prime Video via Apple TV. It works on all of my other devices. I have downloaded the app on Apple TV and we have used it a lot in the past. All other apps (Hulu, ESPN, Paramount, Netflix, etc.) are working. I reset and updated Apple TV and even unplugged it and rebooted. I uninstalled the Prime Video app and then reinstalled it. When i click on the Prime Video app it shows the TNF game and movie choices but none will open when I click on them. Spent an hour on the phone with Amazon to no avail.
