We are not Apple but rather end users like you. We do not know where you will be buying. Costs can vary from country to country due to VATs, tariffs, import duties, currency exchange rates, etc.
As it appears Apple has discontinued this model, the only way to find one is the Apple refurb site. However, I do not think Apple factory refurbs are available outside N. America. You can see if refurbs are available to your country by scrolling to the bottom of Apple's home page. If refurbs are available to you, you will find "Refurbished and Clearance" among the links:
