Mac Pro (late 2013) is slow and fan stays on

Few weeks ago I upgraded my Mac Pro (late 2013) form Mojave to Catalina. Ever since the computer is so slow and fan stays on all the time. Any suggestions?

launch ASP and check EFI is to the latest level 133.0.0.0.0
