AirPods Pro not showing up in Settings > General > About. iPhone = 11Pro Max with iOS 13.2
AirPods Pro connects just find, but it does appear under "Settings > General > About."
First, make sure that your Airpods is connected to the device, you can verify it in Bluetooth > My Devices.
It should appear if you have atleast 1 airpods in your ear. Or just keep the charging case open then look in Settings > General > About
You can find it next to "EID"
