Where is "On My Mac" notes folder?

How can I get the "On My Mac" notes folder that's offline and separate from iCloud? Like the iPhone has "On My iPhone"

This is a picture I got from the internet showing what I mean:

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Hey johnny_fitz1,

I understand you're looking to enable the folder for "On My Mac" notes. I'll be happy to help out.

With the Notes app open, go to Notes > Preferences > and here you'll have the option to check "Enable the On My Mac account". With this enabled, you'll be able to create notes for the "On My Mac" folder.

Cheers.
