Wrong Album Artwork in iTunes Music on iPhone

Just purchased iPhone 11. When transferring music playlists from my computer, I noticed the artwork is correct on the computer but then when downloaded on the iPhone it is incorrect. The music is correct, but the artwork is not - and not all of the artwork is wrong, just some. And it is random...Prince is now James Taylor.

I have tried a few hints and ideas from online such as rebooting, transferring music in airplane mode, turning off apple music and cellular data in music app, etc. each time failing to fix the issue.

Is there something else I am missing to address it? Not a huge issue but a small enough annoyance that I would like to fix.
