how to reopen/recover all deleted tabs on Safari?

I lost tabs, and upon inquiry found no helpful advice. But, by playing around, I found that if I entered info in the search bar that brought up one of the missing sites as a choice, and then clicked kn it, all my missing tabs reappeared.
