No. We can't confirm anything at all based on a couple of pictures that are so blurry the labeling can't even be read.
What makes you feel that is a fake silicone case?
No picture will help. Get the serial number and call AppleCare and have them check it.

Should be on the bottom part of the printed card.
They one below the bar code. That model number is for a iPhone 11 Pro Silicone Pine Green case.
