my #gif images are no longer working

Someone please help! :(

my #gif images are no longer working unless im using Wi-fi. It says "could not share image" the internet connection appears to be offline

I no longer see images on websites after installing ios 15.3.1 I still have my photos. Ever since installing the newest ios 15.3.1, I no longer receive or see images connected with any websites. I still have my photos, but no images come through when I pull up a website. I stopped by the Verizon store today and the rep. thinks sometime of "bug" was attached to the ios and that I'll probably need to wait until a new ios is offered. That seems like a weak explanation to me.
