phone keeps logging me out of my apps

so recently my phone has been logging me out of all of my apps like instagram and twitter. i would log in, then after 10-15 minutes of not using it again, it logs me out. my phone is updated to the latest iOS software update. i also find myself resetting my phone maybe twice a day for the past 2 weeks by holding the power button and the home button. what should in do?
