How do I install the FLIR Cloud software 32-bit to my 64-bit Mac? It indicates to contact the developer??????

if you are running macOS Catalina

you can't

it can't run 32bit apps and the only person who can change an app to 64bit is the developer of the app

your options are to

1. stop using the app
2. get the developer to make a new version or download the new version if they already made one
3. use an timemachine backup prior to updating to Catalina and attempt to downgrade to an earlier verion of macOS
