Fake Security Alert?

I just got a message from sender Apple, saying that “Your Apple id has been locked for security reason....” with a link to recover the ID.

Below are the picture of the message and the web page the link pointed to.

Please tell me is this message really came from Apple or it was just a scam.

I just checked my ID on id.apple.com and everything was fine.

Thank you.

It's phishing, you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
