Hi-
I just noticed this the other day on Twitter. Every time I clicked on a link, Safari wouldn't open, I'd just get a blank page/white screen and I had to quit the app. I also noticed this when clicking on links in gmail...a dead end.
I have an iphone 7, ios 13.2
cleared history, etc. in Safari and problem still exists. Any ideas?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that Safari opens to a blank white page in two apps, and clearing history and data didn't resolve the issue. I have a few more steps in mind that might help.
First, I suggest taking any remaining steps as outlined here: If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, check to see if it happens with a particular website or in another web browser. Also, connecting your device to another reliable Internet network might provide additional clues.

The latest iphone update actually fixed the issue.
For reference, it was all links on any website--twitter, gmail, etc. It also happened with Chrome.
