New Music iOs app & iPod Nano

My iPod Nano is not working on the music app on Catalina. My Macbook recognises the iPod, but then it just keeps loading within the Music app. Out of desperation I have reset the iPod, but still not working. My local iTunes store her in Windhoek Namibia also not able to assist.

Immensely frustrating................

6th Gen iPod wont show up in Music app. Is Charging. So, I had no problems using my iPod with iTunes before it changed to Music. I rarely sync my iPod though but have had no issues. Now, i am unable to sync music or event see the iPod in the music app. The MacBook charges the iPod no problem.

Can I sync an iPod Nano 7th Gen with Apple Music on a MacBook Air OS Monterey? My humble iPod shows up in the sidebar of the Apple Music app on my MacBook air, but when I click Sync Settings and choose either Entire Music Library or Selected Music, Albums, (etc), a diagonal striped progress bar at the bottom of the page moves to the right but never results in being able to click the Sync button on the bottom of the page to sync the iPod with my music library. Oh, and the iPod in the sidebar has a black circle next to it, not the little eject icon. Thanks.

My iPod Classic doesn't show up in music in OS Catalina? I updated to Catalina and now my iPod Classic won't show up in Music? Any ideas?
