My macbook just got a new ssd and i then let it install the sofwares it needed by itself. Its curently running os x lion 10.8.5 and im not able to update because i need the new update for itunes witch is the 12.4.3 update, but when i press update it says (an error has accurred something went wrong with the update (102). and im not able to install catalina or any other version of mac os on my mac before my itunes is updated.

The iTunes you need requires Mac OS X 10.11.4.
