I cant open my phone because of the wifi activation

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar and get it fixed.

It's going to be hard to troubleshoot connectivity problems on a broken phone. There's no telling what's been damaged internally.

You need to have an internet connection via WiFi or via USB link to a computer running iTunes in order to perform an activation. Your screen indicates you have neither at the moment.
