I was prompted to update to Catalina before taking my MacBook Pro to the Apple Store (to replace the Top Case with Battery because of another issue of keyboard that Apple has been replacing for free). After I put my MacBook to sleep and re-open it, the touch bar never works until I shut down and restart. This was never a problem in the previous iOS version and it's very exhausting to restart it everytime I open it. Any help?
