iPhone 5 battery problem

I have an iphone 5 and its battery started to slowly puff out. Now she even pushed all the iPhone content out and raised the display (as you can see in the picture). I knew Apple was replacing these iphones. I then went to an Apple store here in Rio de Janeiro where I live, and they told me that in the case of my iPhone I had no such right. Since things are a little complicated here, I would like to contact Apple USA to see if I can solve this problem. How can I do, does anyone know?
