Mailbox creations I am unable to create mailboxes on iPad Pro. But I can on iphone8. Any ideas why I can’t create on iPad. All settings are the same. I use Optimum in NY.

Updated to 13.2.2. And my Hotmail inbox is gone again! Seriously come on Apple admit you have problem! This is ongoing I have lost years of email.
