How do I get my iPhoto back after installing Catalina

since updating to Catalina I can not access iPhoto ? any suggestions

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.12

iPhoto depends on a 32-bit library and can't be run in Catalina. Use Photos or a different application instead.
