Why is it that when I now open Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019.app it crashes/quits before I can use.
Dreamweaver worked perfectly a few days ago!

I am purposely still on Mac OS 10.14.6 as I have heard Adobe software will not work with Catalina.
Also, will Dreamweaver and other Adobe Creative Suite apps with with Catalina?

Dreamweaver 2020 is now available from Adobe by signing into your account.
delete the previous version and choose to delete setting and preferences so they can be rebuilt cleanly, then install 2020
Have you tried uninstalling Dreamweaver and then reinstalling it? The 2019 version should work just fine in Mojave. It does for me.
64-bit apps will run on Catalina, yes.
32-bit apps will not run on Catalina.
