Not receiving emails on my IPad or IPhone X?

Why did my IPhone & IPAD stop receiving emails on 10-28?

I still get them on my desk top computer, no problem.

I haven’t changed anything.

IMAP is asking my AOL password, I have a Netscape account.

iPhone X, iOS 13
