Everyone else can connect to the internet via the wifi at work, except my iPhone XR.

After the iOS 13.2 update I can no longer get internet while I am at work. My iphone XR will connect to the wifi but shows no internet and just connects and disconnects all day long. All of my co-workers have no issues using the wifi. Why is it just my device????? I have tried all of the suggestions listed- restart, reset my network, airplane mode, VPN, etc. Nothing has worked. Can someone please help???

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Hi xion11,

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. It's great to have you here. I see from your post, you're having some trouble connecting to Wi-Fi.

You mentioned that you have attempted multiple steps to troubleshoot your issue. Have you also disabled Bluetooth by going to Settings > Bluetooth and tested to see if this issue continues.

Use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Control Center with iOS 11 and later

Also, tap on Settings > Cellular and disable LTE and test to see if this resolved your issue.

If you continue to experience this issue after trying those steps, you can Contact Apple Support for additional assistance.

Kindest regards.
