The computers are Windows computers? Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
They are both Windows, they both have anti-virus (VIPRE)
Try disabling the anti-virus, restart the computer, and try again.
I have no idea how to disable the anti-virus
Can you quit the program? If necessary, use the Developer's uninstall instructions to remove the program for testing.
