Broken applecare+ link in settings app.

I have an iPhone X. At the top if the settings app there is a link to buy Applecare+. It always says i have 23 days left to purchase (it has said this for over a month). Clicking on the button takes me to a broken AppleCare+ page and attempting to purchase AppleCare+ tells me my device is not eligible. Is there anyway to get rid of this? Ive tried resting my phone and updating to the latest version of iOS.
