If you have a Mac that is running Catalina, sync to the phone via Finder: Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support

If a Mac running an earlier version or a Windows PC, Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
