Outdoor Walk mode is on but my watch keep asking me to Pause Workout

Apple watch series 4 workout detection is The Worse. Im walking with Outdoor Walk mode on but my watch keep asking me to Pause Workout!!!! Funny thing is when im standing for some reason few minutes it is not asking me to Pause Workout 😂
