Always plane on uper right corner status problem?

I'm well connected to 4G and wifi properly.

But at the upper right corner always appears a plane (no wifi sign, no battery status sign..etc...).

This happened me in ios 12, but also is happening in ios 13 (so, it is not corrected).

When recently instaled the ios it works well, but after a time, the problem comes back.

Does anybody know this problem?. and it has some solution?.

Thanks!

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11

Thanks for the answer sterling, but I've been in contact with Apple support and I think we already solved.

It was an application that was interfering with the phone (don't ask me why).

In had to make a clod reset (up volume - down volume - long press power button and shut down...then open again) and then unistall the application.

Now I'm watching everything is ok (which at the moment is working...a record!), and then I will try to reinstall the application, and see whether it happens again.

If it happens again I'll do a new reset and erase app, and notify to Apple that this app is doing such a problem (at least to me...).

Strange that, with the control that Apple has of their devices, an external app may cause this problem (?).

Thanks anyway...

Hi Podcasterquestion!

I understand that your device is stuck in Airplane Mode, and I'm happy to help. If you haven't already, please try restarting your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're still having this issue, back up your iPhone before proceeding:

Once you have backed up, you can reinstall the iOS software using this link:

If you can’t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue is still present, try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and setting it up as a new iPhone:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
