I have an iPhone X that is stuck on the boot loop and the low battery screen it goes back and forth I’ve replaced the battery and it also won’t register that it’s plugged into my computer someone please help I’m out of ideas to trouble shoot this iPhone

I’ve tried all of these and I took it to a mobile phone repair shop and they couldn’t even figure out what’s wrong with it
