Hello so I recently uploaded my photos to the cloud because my phone didn’t have enough storage, however, now I’m not able to upload any of the photos to Instagram or any other social media or apps. In the bottom right hand corner of the photos it has a little exclamation point inside of a circle. When I try to upload it’s just a loading symbol that comes up or it won’t even do anything! I’m beyond frustrated with this! What do I do??

What you are describing sounds like you have optimized storage enabled and you may not be connected to Wi-Fi or have cellular data enabled for Photos. This article will provide you with information on how to view and manage your cellular data so if you do not have a Wi-Fi network nearby you can use cellular data to download your photo to your iPhone from iCloud so you can share it on social media sites.
