iTunes Error 50 Cannot Sign into my iTunes account to purchase apps

What device are you using with iTunes?

What exactly where you trying to do in the iTunes Store when this error occurred?

Is iTunes fully up-to-date?

How do I get rid of this problem?

My device: iPad Air 11, iTunes version 12.6.0.95

I want to buy an app on the itunes store and I get the above error message when I try to sign into my account.

I’ve tried upgrading several times to a later version, but

then when I’ve upgraded I then miss the App Store in iTunes, then I of course I

downgrade back to the version that has the App Store in iTunes; I use my apps

quite extensively, or should I rather consider moving to another platform that

permits me to carry on buying and using my apps? I am not into music at all,

and I like the Apple platform, and I’ve been with them for years.

I've had the same problem, Clint. I also want to keep the iTunes version with the App Store. I hope there's a workaround...
