iTunes Error 50 Cannot Sign into my iTunes account to purchase apps

unknown error occurred (-50). Try again later.

How do I get rid of this problem?

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:


What device are you using with iTunes?


What exactly where you trying to do in the iTunes Store when this error occurred?


Is iTunes fully up-to-date?

I’ve tried upgrading several times to a later version, but

then when I’ve upgraded I then miss the App Store in iTunes, then I of course I

downgrade back to the version that has the App Store in iTunes; I use my apps

quite extensively, or should I rather consider moving to another platform that

permits me to carry on buying and using my apps? I am not into music at all,

and I like the Apple platform, and I’ve been with them for years.
