My iPad has updated to ISO 10.3.3 and will now not automatically up date to the latest ISO version which I need anyway around this

You must have the 4th gen iPad which is from 2012 and this iPad cannot be upgraded further, it lacks the necessary hardware to update to iOS 11.

Best option is to use the apps you can actually download / use the apps you already have installed. Otherwise it's time for a new iPad.

More information as to your model of iPad would be helpful if we are to offer a definitive answer.

If some App titles require a higher version of iOS than your have installed - and if the required higher version of iOS is not supported by your (perhaps older) iPad, then there’s little you can do other than purchase a newer iPad.
