Bug in IOS 13.2.2

When u try to make a new payment method in the Itunes and App Stores > Apple ID > Payment method

Firstly U have to confirm the first method but when u get the text message the number creen in the right corner and u can't use 3-6-9 numbers. Same bug when u try to make a new payment method!
