Have you had a free trial for YouTube Red or any other Google service (such as YouTube Music or Google Play Music) in the past?

If the subscription to YouTube Premium is through Apple, you will need to contact iTunes Support.
If the subscription to YouTube Premium is through Google/YouTube, you will need to contact their support regarding this.
