upload folders of photos to icloud

Is there a way to upload folders of photos to ICloud from a PC and maintain the folder structure? And not having to re-create folders (albums) in ICloud and then upload the specific photos to those empty albums. Thank you.

Hey there imageprods,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you want to know you can upload photos from your Windows PC to iCloud while maintaining the folder structure that exists. I’ll be happy to help with this.

You can easily upload your photos from your PC to iCloud using iCloud for Windows but the folders you’ve used won’t transfer over to iCloud. You can read more about uploading your photos here:

Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC
