MacBook Pro Rubber Bezel

I noticed that the rubber bezel around my MacBook screen is coming off a little. I googled it and all I found was about replacing it. It isn't coming out it just got a little scraped off in one spot. Do I need to replace it or should it be fine how it is?

It should be fine as is. The only reason that you may want to replace it would be if it really bothers you. However, the cost to do so will definitely not be worth it as Apple does not cover "cosmetic" damages on their notebooks ... or other devices.
