I purchased iphone 11 pro max , before i buy this phone i contacted apple support he said this phone Is this dual sim compatible, i also check the specs and it does have dual sim .but when i got my phone today sim card tray only one sim slot , should i return the phone .

The iPhone 11 pro max that is sold in most countries as 1 eSim and 1 physical SIM slot.
I believe the phone sold in China/Hong Kong has 2 physical slots.
