Were those applications downloaded with a different appleID to the one you are signed in with now?
if not, try logging in and out of your Apple ID within the apple store.
If yes, you'll have t delete the applications, and download / re-purchase them as the applications are tied to the Apple ID that originally downloaded them.

I signin again and that's what I found.
The message is stating that those applications were purchased and downloaded onto the machine using a different Apple ID other than what you are logging in with, is that the case?
when I uninstall those and reinstall again, finally that works. Thank you very much.
Is that any possibilities that I get the refunded device? That worries me a lot. How can I check?
