How do you turn this crap off? It says its off but I'm still getting notifications telling me what my screen time is. I don't even want it tracking my apps and usage

I'm getting notifications from screen time about my app usage in catalina. How do I completely turn this off from tracking my usage or just get it to leave me alone?

Click Screen Time in System Preferences. Select the Options button at the bottom left.

Click the Turn Off button at the top right.
