My camera doesn’t work and won’t take pictures, and I can’t hear when someone calls me and the phone keeps on riniging.

When I open the camera app, the front camera won’t let me take a picture. I press the button and it won’t take a pic. I flip the camera to selfie and the screen won’t even load. When someone calls me, I answer but I can’t hear anyone and the phone keeps on ringing. I use apps like Snapchat and Instagram that use the camera and they will only take pictures not videos

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you're having some troubles with your iPhone camera and some other issues. I'd like to do what I can to help out.

Have you restarted your iPhone since this started happening? If not, go ahead and do that, as a restart can resolve unusual issues.

Restart your iPhone

If you're still having issues, let's check your battery health, as a consumed battery can also cause usual issues. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health > If Maximum Capacity is showing less than 80%, it may help to replace your battery. More battery info can be found here: iPhone Battery and Performance
