Invalid unable to continue with purchase

i Submitted my itunes card redeemed a code , it wont let me buy anything on a gaming app with the credits .

iPhone SE, iOS 11

If I'm understanding correctly, you are unable to make an in-app purchase using your redeemed iTunes Store gift card. I will be glad to assist.

Hello , Its just saying My purchase could not be completed , for assistance contact itunes support , Cant connect to itunes store , its a little unusual .
