App Store in wrong country

One iPadpro I have treats App Store and purchases as if I were in Canada even though payment method etc is all in US. 2 iPhones and another iPad are ok. Can’t change country under Apple ID since it says I’m in US which is right. Help!

If everything is set up correctly, and the iPad Pro is using the same Apple ID, try signing the iPad Pro out of the App Store/iTunes and then back in.
