Translate in keyboard settings

I have an option on my keyboard for translations when used on keyboard without it spelling Is a mess I turn off in settings and keyboard but when moving to another site it goes back to keyboard using that format and it’s a nightmare words get all scrambled it’s like auto correct or predictive spelling gets a mind of its own and generates words all garbled with mixed letters after spacing or sending text, I have to go through complete text to correct and hope I get all thinking I did after sending text words are scrambled again I end up looking like a child writing a letter its a nightmare and pain in the butt! If I go to settings and keyboard and take off a message appears soon after on my keyboard saying I Must enable translator on keyboard and there is a switch to turn it on, is it new? don’t know if got with newest update 13.1.3 or? Does anyone have this problem or did it come from the twilight zone???
