i forgot my apple ID & password, and also my mobile is change already because i'm here now in the Philippines my home country, please kindly help me to activate again my iphone s5+?

If necessary, if you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.

When you get to the activation screen, look at the end of the fine print. There you will see fragments of the installed Apple ID email address, punctuated by asterisks. Look at the bits of the address that are not asterisks and use this information to help you remember the whole address.

Just above that is some text that says what you have to do. At the end

of that text, you should see something like "a*****f@h****.com" The

letters that are not * symbols are parts of the email address that

controls that phone. Try to use these clues to remember your Apple ID
