New Entry for FaceTime in my KeyChain I did not create com.apple:registrationv1 password iMac Mojave OS

I have a question regarding a change to my keychain on startup and an entry for FaceTime on my iMac. I don't know what triggered the entry since I do not use the application FaceTime (com.apple.facetime:registrationv1) for a password. - Access Control items listed are; identityservicesd.app, imagent.app Messages.app, InternetAccounts, IMCore.

I also have a Handoff own encryption entry, (this entry only shows up after I login to iCloud) or am already logged in after a cold startup. It looks like it is for print sharing, since that is the only shared service I allow on my home network, and it shows Sharingd.

I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes and came up clean (and uninstalled it). I have Avast Pro running 24/7 and show I am clean. The other entries upon login are primarily for Google and Microsoft (I run O365 for Mac), but those entries do not show up unless I not logged into iCloud. I am mainly concerned about FaceTime since I do not use it and it is a new entry. I just updated to Mojave last month from High Sierra.

I just want to make sure I am not at risk here, I do have my firewall on and I do have my wifi setup with a strong password. Any help would be great. Anything else I can do to protect myself would be great.
