Not getting verification txts on phone

I just recently changed my number and now can not get verification codes for apps on my phone. Any help with this? I’ve already emailed and changed my number with the support on each app, but it is also doing this to a brand new one I am trying to download

Contact your carrier. They do provide you with SMS feature.
