My purchases were taken out of my account on candy crush but never received the purchase. What can I do to get my money back?

If the purchase shows as paid on the iTunes account's purchase history contact the app's developer. If they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
