Frauds locked my phone as lost

I am Iphone user from Kazakhstan and I can not get help from apple support service. Frauds locked my phone

Frauds hacked VK (social network popular in postsoviet countries) account of my friend. They wrote me: "I lost my phone, Could you please help me find it with your phone?...etc.." I did not know how to use the "find iphone" app, therefore I followed their instructions: logged out of my icloud and sign in to theirs'.

They immedeately set my iphone as "lost". So now my device is locked and I can not open it.

Could you, please, help me to regain access to my Iphone?

I could prove that I own this device by sending the data form its box; or if you track the icloud activity, you could see that my Icloud account had been active on my device till yesterday.

Did you enable Find My?

  1. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple ...
  2. Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ... You cannot track using iMEI number. but you may need it so keep it handy

If you didn't turn on Find My [device] before your device was lost or stolen, it can't be used to locate your device. Change your Apple ID password. Change the passwords for other internet accounts on your device. This can include email accounts, Facebook, or Twitter etc...

Don'ts

If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
