According to Epson there is a macOS 10.15 driver available for your printer. It is Printer Driver v10.33

The Epson xp-630 is Apple AirPrint compatible and provided that it is networked, you can print to it without any Epson drivers installed.

Ensure that your printer is networked an powered on. In System Preferences : Printers & Scanners, right-click on the XP-630 entry under Printers and choose Reset printing system… . If there is no entry, then click the [+] symbol to add it.

You will be prompted for your administrator password, and then another panel appears that should show your networked printer has been detected by Apple's Bonjour service. Click this entry and a new panel will appear that has a Use: selector on it. Just select AirPrint, and then click Add. Your printer will now appear in the main panel under Printers, and you will need to again right-click on this entry and choose Set default printer. You are now ready to print.
