Yes. I enabled kannada keyboard from top bar. It types kannada but only 1 font

Apple provides two fonts, Kannada and Kannada Sangam. You can download and use any other Unicode font. Just search google for "Kannada unicode font".

When you typed with the Kannada keyboard, did you get Kannada text in your app? Apple provides Kannada fonts already, there's no need to download them.

Do you see the Kannada keyboard icon in the top right corner of the screen, like this?

That is required for the Kannada input source to be active and for Kannada text to be produced (just adding Kannada to the list in the system preferences/keyboard/input sources is not enough by itself).

PS If your Nudi font is one of the old legacy versions, where Kannada is mapped to Latin letters, so you would expect to be able to type Kannada using the US input source, that 1990's technology is not supported by Apple, and you may find it difficult to find an app that will accept it. Instead Apple provides fonts and keyboards for Unicode Kannada, which is the current international standard and should work in all apps.
